Sexual trauma can profoundly disrupt a person's relationship with their own body. Touch that once felt safe or pleasurable may become associated with fear, shame, or disconnection, making physical intimacy feel overwhelming or even impossible.


For many survivors, reclaiming their sexuality is an important step in the healing process, a gradual journey of rebuilding safety in the body, at their own pace and on their own terms.
